"Soft Skills Development for Engineering/Computing Careers" is an initiative from the IEEE Computer Society of Sri Lanka Chapter to raise awareness and encourage fresh graduates and final year undergraduates on soft skills required for the industry. Mr. Buddhinath Hangawatta is a Certified Life Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, a Productivity Consultant, and a trainer who inspires teams and individuals to get the most out of their time by leading productive lives through enhanced focus, elevated mindset, life productivity systems, improved communication skills, work ethics, and corporate relationships.
