This event provides the platform for inspiring women in STEM related professions to share their saga of hard work, dedication and passion in the profession to encourage the young generation to explore and connect with STEM education and be successful in the STEM career. Further, this talk series provides the assurance and confidence to the young generation in enrolling in STEM education. The target audience of the talk series includes young STEM professionals specially young women engineers, femaleSTEM undergraduates including Engineering undergraduates and school girls. There are three objectives; To encourage young girls to explore and connect with STEM education To provide assurance and confidence to young girls to enroll with STEM education To provide recognition to the inspiring women in STEM related professions
