The third session of Power Hour was conducted on 5 th of October 2023 at 11 am (IST) at SLIIT, Malabe with support of IEEE WIE Affinity Group of SLIIT. The invited speaker for the session was Isuru Kodithuwakku. Ms. Isuru is a Senior Program Manager Data Analytics & Insights at Wiley. She has over 17 years of practical experience in Project Management and Quality Assurance in Software Development projects. Further, she is the co-founder of Nuclei Technologies (pvt) Ltd. As the next step of “Power Hour” a competition was launched during the third session. The name of the competition is, “Yes, I can, / ඔව්, මට පුළුවන්/ ஆம், என்னால் முடியும்”. The participants need to narrate their inspiring journey, portraying their life 10 years from now as an outstanding STEM professional empowering women, in English/ Sinhala/ Tamil.
