This impactful awareness program was meticulously crafted to enhance the understanding of the IEEE WIE Affinity Group among undergraduates from various universities across Sri Lanka. Our primary objectives were to shed light on the process of enrolling with WIE, explain the significance of volunteering with us, and unveil the array of awards, funds, and grants available. Through informative sessions, we aimed to provide comprehensive insights into the benefits of being a WIE volunteer, empowering undergraduates with valuable experiences and skills. This initiative also aimed to familiarize participants with WIE's role, guiding them on how to actively engage with our community. By delving into the heart of WIE's mission and activities, we aspired to inspire a new wave of enthusiastic volunteers, nurturing a vibrant and knowledgeable community within the Sri Lankan academic landscape. Objectives 1. To give undergraduates an idea of what ‘WIE’ is. 2. To instruct on how to enrol with WIE and how it works? 3. To improve knowledge about why one should volunteer with WIE. 4. To give insights about WIE Awards, Funds & Grants. 5. To give them knowledge on WIE Sri Lanka Section and its activities.
