IEEE-SB-UoJ organized a two-day session on the Internet of Things (IoT) for the second time in order to maximize the benefit for school students using the STEM grant, which included hands- on training for Grade 9 school students from the Jaffna zonal division. The session was held on the 1st and 2nd of April 2023, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Science, University of Jaffna. Around 76 school students and 5 teachers from the following schools benefited from this session: J/Atchuvely Central College J/Chundikuli Girls' College Jaffna Hindu College J/Kokuvil Hindu College J/Idaikkadu Maha Vidyalayam J/Sri Somaskanda College - Puttur J/St. Patrick's College J/Kopay Christian College J/Vaidyeshwara College
