Description
The workshop commenced at 4 30 pm at the UCFM Tower at the faculty of Medicine University of Colombo. Initially the participants and respurce personell were welcomed by Kumuthu Premalal he president of the Medical Faculty Science and Technology Committee, follower by an introduction to the EMBS and the Electronic Clubs of the university of Moratuwa. The workshop was then commenced by Mr. Chamindu Liyanage who presented on the basics of Arduino and it was followed by a hands on session for groups of participants. Then there was a demonstration of a project by Mr. Biyon Fernando. Following this Mr. Senul Samarasekera presented on ECG Acquisition which was followed by a hands on session on ECG Acquisition techniques. The session concluded at 7. 30 pm. with the vote of thanks.
