"IdeaniX Generation 01" is an ambitious project by the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter at SLTC, aimed at nurturing the creative potential of students and igniting their entrepreneurial spirits. The project's overarching goal is to inspire, educate, and empower, focusing on engaging more than 500 SLTC IT undergraduates. Through a meticulously designed series of phases, "IdeaniX Generation 01" seeks to establish a culture of innovation, spark imaginative thinking, and lay the foundation for the next generation of tech pioneers. "IdeaniX Generation 01." is a comprehensive program consisting of three phases. Guidance Session, Semi-Finals, and Grand Finale. Phase 01: Guidance Session - Already Accomplished on 28 th of June 2023 Phase 02: Semifinals Guidance Session for the Semi-finals - IdeaniX Generation 01 The Guidance Session for Semi-Finals - IdeaniX Generation 01, held on August 23rd, 2023, marked a significant prelude to the highly anticipated semi-final phase of this prestigious competition. It took place via the virtual platform Zoom and was expertly facilitated by Dr. Damith Gangodawilage The core objective of this guidance session was to equip participants with the tools and insights necessary to excel during the semi-final presentations. Recognizing the pivotal role that effective communication and presentation skills play in the success of any entrepreneurial endeavor, the session aimed to offer invaluable guidance and mentorship to these future IT and entrepreneurship leaders. Dr. Damith Gangodawilage is a distinguished speaker with a wealth of knowledge and experience in both business ideas and presentation skills, which catalyzed this transformative session. His expertise provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of how to craft and deliver compelling presentations that would vividly convey the essence of their innovative business ideas before the panel of judges. The session fostered an interactive and engaging learning environment. Participants had the opportunity to explore and refine their presentation techniques through practical exercises, real-world examples, and personalized feedback from Dr. Damith. This hands-on approach ensured that each participant left the session with enhanced communication skills and a newfound confidence in their ability to articulate their entrepreneurial visions.
