Notes The executive committee members were welcomed by the chair - Warunika Hippola The meeting minutes of the previous Excom meeting were presented by Tharaka Munasinghe. Manodya Nabadawewa proposed that the meeting minutes be in order, and Nuwanthi Abeygunawardena seconded it. Samitha Wijesundera presented the financial status as of July 5 and the transactions that happened over the previous month. A discussion was initiated regarding the updates on NextStep event, where the current status was discussed. Due to the limitations in google drive storage space, a discussion was initiated around purchasing additional space for the YPSL account, and Samitha Wijesundera agreed to check on the suitable packages and pricing for purchase. Furthermore, few reminders were given to the participants regarding the YPSL outing which is scheduled for 8th of July. Tharaka Munasinghe gave a briefing about the Quarter 2 feedback forms and requested that the Excom encourage subcommittee members to fill out the form. The meeting was adjourned at 23.30 PM.
