Notes The excom was welcomed by the YPSL chair - Warunika Hippola. The previous meeting minutes were presented by Tharaka Munasinghe. Vidura Dhananjaya proposed that the meeting minutes be in order, and Manodya Nabadawewa seconded it. An update on the next step was given by Vidura Dhananjaya. Along with the current status, pending work and expenses associated with it and the day plan. It was discussed how to fully utilize the funds received and whether a portion of the funds could be channeled to another static cost item in YPSL. Dhammika Marasinghe highlighted that the projects and subcommittees should always keep the Excom informed of any funds received and utilized. Also, the excom must be aware of any communication that is happening with partner organizations, sponsors, etc. Use a token generating anonymized survey platform for feedback forms and make it mandatory for the volunteers to fill them out (a prerequisite to getting the service letter/ certificate) Publish a flyer or a public document with feedback summary and actions taken to resolve the issues Look into recovering the missing files from the YPSL drive
