Dr. Kohei Shimasaki is conducting research and development on sensing technology using a high-speed vision that realizes high-speed image processing of 1000 or more frames per second. In particular, they are conducting research on vibration imaging and dynamic sensing applications that can capture, at the pixel level, vibrations at audio frequency levels that are invisible to the human eye.
