Description
The PearlHack 2.0 is both an idea hackathon and a design hackathon that was conducted in parallel with ICARC 2024 open to all the female undergraduates on the island. Participants were developed a method under a scenario given by a leading software company related to the relevant rules and regulations provided by the company with an eye towards driving user engagement, enthusiasm, and exploration. Hackathon will be happening as both virtual event and a physical event. The uniqueness of PearlHack 2.0 is candidates have two categories to choose according to their interested criteria. The event will be held according to terms and conditions which are provided by the organizing committee with the supervision of a panel of judges.

Here I attached the timeline of our hackathon. 20th of december 2023- Open the registrations 07th of January 2024- Close the registrations 16th of January 2024- Introduction session 20th of January 2024- Workshop I 25th of January 2024- Proposal submission for ideathon participants and Prototype I submission for designathon participants (Stage 01) 28th of January 2024- Workshop II 10th of February 2024- Prototype submission for ideathon participants and Prototype II submission for designathon participants (Stage 02) 13th of February 2024- Announcing finalists of both Ideathon and Designathon 16th of February 2024- Grand Finale, Physically in Sabaragamuwa University Premises.
