Eminence is a workshop series and competition powered by the WIE Affinity group of the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Ruhuna. It has below features mainly, 1. Eminence 4.0 is an exciting inter-university event featuring four challenging tasks focused on MATLAB, Packet Tracer, HackerRank, and electronics innovation. 2. With 100 participants organized into 25 teams, the event aims to promote diversity with a minimum requirement of 50% female participation, with all teams led by girls. 3. In addition to fostering competition, Eminence 4.0 encourages collaboration by involving past graduates and companies interested in the field, enriching the experience for participants. 4. Its inter-university nature expands its reach, connecting with other academic institutions to create a vibrant exchange of ideas and talents. 5.The organizing committee of Eminence 4.0 boasts more than 50% female leadership, further emphasizing the event's commitment to gender diversity and empowerment. 6. To prepare participants, the event offers workshop series specifically tailored to MATLAB and Packet Tracer, ensuring a deeper understanding of the tasks before the competition commences. 7.In the innovation task evaluation, a female participant is given the opportunity to lead and present the project, providing them with valuable experience and fostering gender equality in showcasing innovative ideas. 8.
