In this ExCom meeting, our attention was primarily directed towards the progress of the "Futurista" event. We delved into discussions regarding sponsorships for the event. Following this, we shifted to focus on planning for "Ruwathi Yuwathiya," a event based on the Sinhala and Tamil New Year. During this segment, we tasked the PV members with initiating the planning process and allocated a budget of Rs.30,000 for the event. Additionally, we deliberated on finalizing the event date, as well as determining the timeline for opening registrations. To conclude, we also discussed about the awareness session that we are planning to conduct, ensuring all necessary details were ironed out for its successful execution.
