Description
The IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter of SLTC organized Codemania v4.0, a premier 12-hour algorithmic coding hackathon. The event was designed to showcase university undergraduates' logical and creative coding abilities. Its main goal was to nurture and encourage coding skills within the IT community by providing a supportive platform for skill development. Participants were able to gain a hands-on hackathon experience with real-world problem-solving scenarios that would help them apply and enhance their coding abilities. Codemania v4.0 also served as a learning, growing, collaborating, and contributing platform to the exciting world of algorithmic coding. The event took place on February 10, 2024, at the SLTC Research University premises, and was exclusively open to SLTC Research University undergraduates. It featured 18 problem sets with 1 to 2 questions released hourly via the HackerRank platform. Participants had the freedom to choose their preferred programming language to tackle these challenges.
