The recent discussion was held with the aim of taking updates from all leads in the Student Branch. Through this all leads would be aware of the events being conducted and the current status of each event. T he IEEE Region 10 Outstanding Student Branch award application process was initiated and the Secretary took on the responsibility of preparing the necessary documents for the award. The progress of CodeSprint 8 and detailed the logistics for upcoming workshops, including dates, speakers, and venues was discussed . A new initiative, "Illuminate," was introduced; and t he task of finalizing the proposals and forming partnerships for this event was discussed . ‘Indsight,’ involved discussions on potential companies for industry visits and logistics for student participation .
