The main purpose of the meeting was for all members in the Student Branch, Student Branch Chapters and Affinity Groups to be briefed on and stay updated on the ongoing and upcoming events. The Student Branch and Chapters have shown improvement compared to the previous year, along with an increase in the number of memberships. Detailed discussions about upcoming events including the Xplorer, CodeRally, and Cognitec events were shared by respective event chairs. The budgets for these events were briefed, and there was an emphasis on seeking new funding sources , suggesting partnerships could be a way to secure necessary funds.
