IEEE Innovation Nation Sri Lanka (INSL) is an island-wide competition held during Global Entrepreneurship Week to support young and enthusiastic innovators in the country. The event aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students, providing them with a platform to showcase their ideas and talents. Through workshops and competitions, INSL encourages participants to develop their entrepreneurial skills, foster creativity, and engage with real-world challenges. The second workshop was conducted by Mr. U. J. Prashadh Sirilal, founder and CEO of UJPS Academy, on the topic "Finding the Why: Researching the Market and the Industry." The event drew participation from approximately 100 undergraduate members from the university, along with teams preparing for the INSL competitions. Overall, the workshop served as a valuable learning opportunity for participants, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to excel in the INSL competitions and beyond.
