IEEE Innovation Nation Sri Lanka (INSL) is an island-wide competition held during Global Entrepreneurship Week to support young and enthusiastic innovators in the country. The event aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students, providing them with a platform to showcase their ideas and talents. Through workshops and competitions, INSL encourages participants to develop their entrepreneurial skills, foster creativity, and engage with real-world challenges. The thrid workshop of IEEE Innovation Nation Sri Lanka (INSL) Uva Province was conducted on 19th November 2023, featuring a keynote session by Mr Dhammika Marasinghe, a pioneering computer engineer and passionate IEEE volunteer. The event drew participation from approximately 110 undergraduate members from the university, along with teams preparing for the INSL competitions. Overall, the workshop served as a valuable learning opportunity for participants, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to excel in the INSL competitions and beyond.
