IEEE NIBM Student Branch Annual General Meeting 2024 - Event Recap On April 21, 2024, the IEEE NIBM Student Branch successfully held its Annual General Meeting. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together members to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year, discuss upcoming initiatives, and elect new officers for the next term. Highlights of the meeting included insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and the formulation of strategic plans for the future. We thank all participants for their valuable contributions and look forward to another productive year ahead!

Agenda for the IEEE NIBM SB AGM 2024 Date: - 21st April. Venue: - 120/5 Vidya Mawatha, Colombo 007. ❖ 3.30 pm. Opening and welcome. • Lighting the traditional Oil lamp. • Welcome speech. ❖ 3.50 pm. Confirmation of Previous AGM Minutes • Invite the ex -committee members to introduce their minutes for the confirmation of the house. • Chairperson's Report: o Provide an overview of the branch's activities and achievements during the last year. o Highlight any significant events, projects, or collaborations. o Discuss challenges faced and how they were addressed. o Acknowledge the contributions of members and volunteers. ❖ 4.30 pm. Introduction of new office bearers and IEEE NIBM logo. • Handover of audit report, bank account and other document to new bearers. ❖ 4.50 pm. 2024-year plan and Goals: • Outline the branch's objectives and initiatives for the upcoming year. • suggestions from members on potential projects, events, and activities. ❖ 5.20 pm. Guest Speech by IEEE Sri Lanka Section member. • IEEE volunteering opportunities ❖ 5.30 pm Guest speech by IEEE NIBM counselor. ❖ 5.40 pm.
