The Pre-Hack phase of RealHack 5.0 was a crucial precursor to the final hackathon event, where each enrolled team was given a three-hour window to address a set of predetermined tasks. These tasks encompassed various challenges, including problem-solving, coding, and the evaluation of both individual and collaborative skills. Teams encountered a variety of coding challenges on HackerRank, along with a system design question, to evaluate their capability to conceptualize and design a robust and efficient solution. Held on 27th January from 6 to 9 pm, the Pre-Hack saw participation from 300+ teams on the HackerRank platform. Following a thorough evaluation, 15 teams were selected to advance to the final hackathon, showcasing their problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
