Student Branch Constitution Update: Meeting 1

Description
On 7th February 2024, the executive committee of IEEE Uva Wellassa University Student Branch held a meeting to address the existing constitution, proposed amendments, and upcoming regional awards applications. Due to many members' unfamiliarity with the current constitution, discussions on constitutional updates were postponed to a separate meeting on 8th February 2024. Officers in secretary and assistant secretary roles were instructed to review the constitution and identify any conflicting terms for future discussions. Additionally, the discussion on regional award applications was deferred to separate meetings due to upcoming end semester exams, with the application deadline set for 31st March 2024.
