Student Branch Constitution Update: Meeting 2

Description
The executive committee discussed conflicting sections of the 2015 IEEE Uva Wellassa University Student Branch constitution brought up by the current secretary. The sections reviewed were 9, 13, 23, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 39, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, and 49. The committee debated whether to create a new constitution or amend the existing one. They concluded to update Section 13 and remove Sections 31, 32, and 33, as these officer roles are no longer relevant. It was also decided to seek advice from a past executive committee member (a chairperson) and consider the potential impact on the organization's legacy if a new constitution were submitted.
