Technovac 1.0, held on the 6th of March 2024, was an enlightening event organized by the IEEE Computer Society of NSBM Green University, aimed at guiding aspiring software engineers. The event welcomed university undergraduates, school children, and school leavers eager to explore the field of software engineering. Our distinguished speaker for the event was Mr. Srilal Siriwardana, a Senior Software Engineer at 99x and former IEEE Student Branch Chairperson. With his extensive experience and deep insights, Mr. Siriwardana shared invaluable guidance on how to navigate the journey of becoming a successful software engineer.
