Enginuity 1.0: Empowering Women in Engineering - A Virtual Panel Discussion Enginuity 1.0, organized by the IEEE WIE Affinity Group of the University of Moratuwa, centered on the theme "Empowering Women in Engineering." This virtual panel discussion, which attracted over 35 participants, featured insights from accomplished women in the fields of IT, textile, and civil engineering. The panel included: Mrs.Pulani Ranasinghe, Founder and CEO of Loons Lab, who shared her journey in the IT industry and discussed the evolving landscape of technology. Ms.Anjalika Diyawadena, Executive Garment Technologist at MAS Active Linea Intimo Pvt Ltd, who explored innovation in the textile industry and the critical role of technology in garment manufacturing. Ms.Madhushika Munasinghe, Civil Engineer at Escas Power (Pvt) Ltd, who provided perspectives on the challenges and advancements within the civil engineering sector.
