MicroMaze - Qualifier Round

The Qualifier round of the MicroMaze competition was held at the IIT Auditorium in GP Square on the 24th of August, commencing at 10:00 AM. This round brought together 25 highly skilled teams, each competing with exceptional intensity to secure one of the top 10 spots in the final competition. The event was further elevated by the presence of an esteemed panel of judges, who lent their expertise and insights to the proceedings. Among the judges were Mr. Kanishka Wijayasekara, Technical Lead at Zone 24x7; Mr. Ushan Chaminda, Founder of Gavesha Labs; and Mr. Sahan Priyanjana, Senior Lecturer at Informatics Institute of Technology. Their collective experience and knowledge provided valuable guidance and assessment as the teams demonstrated their capabilities. The competition served as a dynamic platform for participants to showcase their innovative techniques and strategic approaches. Each team endeavored to navigate the intricate and challenging maze with a blend of precision and creativity, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field of maze navigation. The event was not only a test of skill but also a celebration of ingenuity, as teams experimented with new methods and technologies to achieve success.
