Description

Tech Dive with Virtusa, an industry visit and workshop, concluded successfully on the 27th of August 2024 at the Virtusa premises. This event was a collaborative effort organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group of NSBM, aiming to provide invaluable industry exposure to undergraduates. The event was marked by active participation, with over 100 confirmed attendees, all of whom contributed to the success of the program. Participants had the opportunity to present their ideas and engage in discussions, enhancing their learning experience. Special appreciation goes to Virtusa, the resource persons, and the Virtusa HR team for their invaluable collaboration and support in making Tech Dive a success. We are also grateful to the prof.Chaminda Wijesinghe, Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Dr. Chandana Perera the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the Master in Charge of IEEE student branch of NSBM, Mr.Gayan Perera, and the Adviser of IEEE WIE Affinity group of NSBM, Ms. Kaumadee Samarakoon, for their guidance and continuous support.
