IndustriX is an online awareness session series organized by the IEEE Student Branch of Sabaragamuwa University in Sri Lanka. Aimed at inspiring and educating students, the sixth session of this series will take place on 8 oct 2024 at via Zoom. The session focuses on Hacktoberfest, a month-long celebration of open-source software, encouraging students to engage in contributing to open-source projects. Participants will gain insights into the significance of open-source contributions, the registration process, and effective strategies for involvement, fostering collaboration and innovation in the tech community.
