For the upcoming meeting, several key items were discussed and agreed upon. Firstly, event planning is underway, with two physical events and three online events to be scheduled before the 9th of August. Additionally, the Chapter fund for EMBS (Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society) will be reviewed and discussed further in the next meeting. The Webmaster has been tasked with creating social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and a Gmail account, which should be completed within the next week. It was also agreed that regular meetings will be held on a biweekly basis to ensure consistent progress on all fronts. Finally, applications for the Executive Committee posts will be called for on Monday to ensure the timely selection of committee members.
