The Python Unplugged 2024 session, organized by the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity group of the University of Vavuniya, was successfully held on 4th December 2024 (Wednesday) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The event took place at TCL1 of the faculty of technological studies, University of Vavuniya. This hands-on workshop aimed to equip participants with foundational and advanced Python programming skills, fostering creativity, collaboration, and practical problem-solving . The session provided a comprehensive introduction to Python programming, beginning with an overview of its history, versatility, and widespread applications across industries. Participants were guided through setting up their Python environment, learning to install Python, configure an IDE, and run basic scripts. The session also covered Flask, a lightweight Python web framework, helping attendees build a basic API and understand web development principles
