IEEE Sri Lanka Inspire (SLI) is a collaborative project initiated by IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka and SL2 College. It provides advice, knowledge, guidance, and motivation to students in the education sector, assisting them in making informed decisions as they progress towards higher education and successful career paths. Through research, advocacy, and policy recommendations, SLI endeavors to ensure that students are adequately prepared for both higher education and the workforce. Central to its vision is the establishment of a strong community among student cohorts, particularly those navigating through pivotal stages such as O/Ls and A/Ls, as well as university-bound students. Our aim is to conduct Career Compass Career Guidance Sessions with Sinhala, Tamil and English languages for 9 provinces in Sri Lanka
