The Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group of the IEEE Student Branch at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka successfully organized the RUSLXtreme 1.0 Mini Hackathon Competition on October 19th, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This event aimed to foster innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills among participants, providing them with a platform to showcase their programming talents. Students formed teams to tackle challenging real-world problems, competing to develop the most efficient and innovative solutions within the given timeframe. The competition was marked by enthusiasm, collaboration, and creative thinking, reflecting the growing passion for coding and technology within the university. The WIE Affinity Group played a significant role in encouraging diverse participation and creating a supportive environment for all competitors.
