Participants are encouraged to articulate their learning journeys, personal growth, and key takeaways through reflective essays, articles, or blogs. These writings are then published in program newsletters, websites, or other platforms, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and inspiration. This process amplifies the voices of mentors and mentees and strengthens the program's impact and visibility.
