The IAS CMD Workshop at the SLSYW Congress 2024 brought together over 120 enthusiastic participants from across Sri Lanka. The session, led by Srikanth Pillai, provided a comprehensive overview of the benefits of joining IEEE IAS, highlighting its role in fostering professional growth and innovation. Following this, the IEEE IAS Sri Lanka Chapter conducted an engaging workshop featuring interactive activities aimed at increasing awareness of IEEE IAS within the local IEEE community. Participants actively engaged in these activities, learning about the society’s mission, opportunities, and resources in a dynamic and collaborative setting. To enhance the experience, giveaway gifts were distributed to workshop participants, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event. This workshop not only strengthened the connection between IEEE IAS and the Sri Lankan IEEE community but also inspired participants to explore new ways of contributing to the society's vision of advancing technology for humanity.
