On Saturday, the 18th, we went on our annual trip, and this time, we decided on Pattipola as our destination. We chose the train as our mode of transport, which turned out to be the perfect choice—it made the journey itself feel like an adventure. The train ride was filled with so much laughter, chatter, and a sense of freedom, almost as if the whole train belonged to us. The weather at Pattipola was something else entirely—it was too cold, with thick mist all around, a constant drizzle, and a chilly wind that had us shaking. But somehow, that made it even more special. We huddled together, giggling about how we were braving the weather, and it felt so cozy just being in each other's company. We talked about everything under the mist, from the latest trending novels to the little humanitarian acts that inspire us and keep us grounded. We shared snacks like carefree kids, laughing over the smallest things and enjoying every bite as though it was a feast. The weather added a magical touch to the day—it was misty, windy, and drizzling, but instead of feeling cold, it felt cozy because we were together. As our term comes to an end, this trip felt like the perfect way to wrap things up. Even though we missed a few of our ExCom members who couldn’t make it, the day was unforgettable. It was one of those rare moments where everything felt light, happy, and carefree—a beautiful way to end on a high note with memories that we’ll treasure for years to come.
