Description
There are no special updates from the sub-OUs, as no events have been conducted recently due to ongoing university exams - all necessary reports for events held before the exams have been completed and submitted. The Student Branch Secretary reminded all the sub-OU chairs about the preparations for the Darrel Chong Student Activity Award reports and emphasized the submission deadline. Additionally, the Student Branch has commenced preparations for the main merchandise project of SLTC IEEE for the year 2025. The Student Branch Treasurer provided an update on the progress of preparing relevant documents and discussed possible solutions to address delays caused by the university exams.
