The meeting began with the announcement that we had successfully applied for the prestigious Darrel Chong Student Activity Awards, recognizing the impact and excellence of two of our most prominent initiatives—InspiHER{Tech} V3.0 and InnovMind 2.0. This exciting update was shared by our Student Branch Secretary, marking a proud milestone in our continuous efforts to gain global recognition for the innovative and empowering projects led by our IES student branch chapter and WIE SB affinity group. Although no events were conducted during the month, there were no significant updates. The Student Branch Vice Chair provided a comprehensive update on the ongoing progress of our merchandise sales, which are steadily gaining momentum and contributing to our fundraising efforts. Additionally, significant attention was given to the behind-the-scenes preparations for one of our most anticipated annual events—SPARK VII. With meticulous planning in progress, the organizing team is working diligently to ensure its success. Moreover, the IES Chair and IAS Chair shared updates regarding the Organizing Committee recruitments for two upcoming technical events: the SL Arduino Challenge and InnovMind 3.0. These recruitments mark the initial steps toward shaping strong and capable teams that will drive these events forward, fostering innovation, learning, and collaboration among participants. Overall, while the month may have been quieter in terms of external events, it was a period of strategic planning, foundational work, and forward momentum for the months ahead.
