IEEE IES Student Branch Chapter of SLTC- March Meeting Summary

Description
During this month, we held several internal meetings and discussions focusing on upcoming events and administrative matters. A major point of discussion was the progress and future plans for the Sri Lanka Arduino Challenge 2025, organized by the IEEE IES Sri Lanka Chapter. We also initiated preparations to submit applications for the Darrel Chong Student Activity Award and the IES Best Technical Chapter Award, aligning our documentation and achievements for both. Additionally, we conducted a financial review in coordination with the Student Branch Treasurer to assess our current status and plan future budgeting needs. Due to the End Semester Examinations at our university, we were unable to execute any new projects during this period. However, planning and groundwork for upcoming initiatives continued in the background.
