IEEE Stall at the Orientation Program – Faculty of Engineering The committee discussed the setup and organization of the IEEE stall at the upcoming orientation program. Key points included stall design, engagement strategies, and logistics. 2. Content for IEEE Presentation Discussions were held on the content to be displayed in the IEEE presentation. It was suggested to highlight: • The mission and vision of IEEE • Major events organized by IEEE • Benefits of IEEE membership • Opportunities available for students 3. Expenses and Gift Distribution for Students The team deliberated on the budget allocation for the event, covering expenses related to promotional materials and gifts for students. Various gift options were considered to enhance student engagement. 4. IEEE SAC Award Program The meeting included discussions on the IEEE SAC (Student Activities Committee) Award Program, focusing on application processes, eligibility criteria, and strategies to enhance IEEE’s participation in the program. 5. Constitution Amendments A discussion was held regarding potential changes to the IEEE constitution. Key areas for revision were identified, and further steps for proposal and approval were outlined. Decisions Made: 1. Make all the arrangements for the stall 2. Start the documentation for the SAC award programs 3.
