Event Overview TechnoVerse 4.0, organized by the IEEE Student Branch of CINEC in collaboration with Divor Automation (PVT) LTD, was a hands-on IoT workshop held on 30th January 2025 at the CINEC Campus. The event provided undergraduates with a comprehensive introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT), blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications to showcase IoT's transformative potential in modern industries. The workshop began with an opening ceremony, followed by an engaging lineup of sessions. Participants explored core IoT concepts, including its architecture, significance, and real-world impact. The connectivity and protocols session delved into communication methods, while the security segment addressed critical challenges like cybersecurity risks and data privacy. A highlight of the event was the hands-on session, where attendees worked with microcontrollers like ESP to implement simple IoT solutions. The workshop concluded with insights into IoT's future trends, career opportunities, and an interactive Q&A with industry experts.
