Chamod Perera 4. Dheeshana Alagiyawanna 5. Thevindu Dilmith 6. Menura Basitha 7. Amanda Sewwandi Meeting Proceeding: 1. Awurudu Event: Discussed event planning and tasks. Decided to appoint the organizing committee (OC) and begin preparations. 2. Weekly Meeting Schedule: It was suggested to fix a regular day for weekly meetings. Members will vote to decide the most convenient day. 3. Insight Wave: Reviewed the current progress and decided to continue with the ongoing preparations. 4. MGA SAC Awards: A brief discussion was held on the awards that were recently submitted. Decisions Made: 1. Form the Awurudu Event Organizing Committee and begin planning. 2. Conduct a vote among executive committee members to fix a weekly meeting day. 3. Continue with preparations for the upcoming Insight Wave session. The meeting concluded at 10:00 PM.
