WIE Executive Committee Meeting Date: 3rd April 2025 Time: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM Venue: Virtual Chairperson: Minuri Navoddhika Secretary: Dilini Sewwandi Attendance: WIE Executive Committee Members - 4 out of 6 Discussion Points & Decisions: Upcoming Physical Session Decided to organize the first physical WIE session as a panel discussion. Tentatively scheduled for the second week of May. CSR Collaboration Proposed collaboration with IEEE SB to contribute to the "Heenayata Saviya" CSR project. Planned for June 2025. STEM Quiz Series Suggested initiating a STEM-themed quiz series on WIE social media platforms to engage followers and promote awareness. Avurudu Event Participation Agreed to run a Mehendi stall at the Avurudu celebration organized by the IEEE SB. Action Items: 🔹 Start planning the structure, theme, and guest list for the panel discussion. 🔹 Coordinate with SB on roles and contributions for "Heenayata Saviya." 🔹 Prepare content and scheduling for the STEM quiz series. 🔹 Make arrangements for the Mehendi stall at the Avurudu event.
