Proposed initiating a quiz series on STEM-related topics via social media platforms. Committee was instructed to explore feasibility and assign a responsible member to handle content creation and posting. Panel Discussion Planning Appointed Head of Public Visibility SC as the Lead Organizer for the upcoming panel discussion. She was instructed to: Formulate an overall plan Distribute workload among committee members Maintain a clear timeline to ensure successful execution Action Items: 🔹 Assess feasibility and format for the social media quiz series. 🔹 Assign a responsible person to handle quiz content and social media scheduling. 🔹 PV SC Head to prepare a structured plan and timeline for the panel discussion. 🔹 Distribute relevant tasks among team members accordingly.
