The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Student Branch Chapter of the University of Jaffna is organizing a guest lecture featuring Professor N. Asokan, Professor of Computer Science and David R. Cheriton Chair in Software Systems at the University of Waterloo, Canada. The event will be held on 14 May 2025 at the Auditorium, Department of Computer Science, University of Jaffna. The session will begin at 9:00 AM with an interactive "Ask Me Anything (AMA)" segment, followed by a technical talk from 9:30 to 10:30 AM titled “Meta Concerns in ML Security/Privacy.” This talk will explore critical issues in machine learning system security and data privacy. The event aims to provide students with deeper insights into current challenges in AI security while offering an opportunity for direct engagement with a world-renowned expert. Also the event will be great opportunity for students to interact with an international expert.
