Description
The chairperson of the IEEE CS SBC of SLTC officially commenced the monthly meeting in April with updated discussions and considerations about the CloudSpace v1.0 project. At the discussion, there was consideration of finances in the project, including budget, cost estimations, and funding sources. Ex-Com members shared their recommendations on the most efficient use of resources and explored possible sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, the committee continued to discuss the identification of a suitable resource person for the session, emphasizing the importance of expertise and relevance. Overall, the meeting had good discussions about financial planning and expert involvement for the Cloud Space project and made good action points with clear responsibilities for follow-up by members
