The IEEE RAS and IEEE PES Student Branch Chapters of the University of Jaffna proudly hosted an engaging introductory session titled "Connecting Freshers E24 To IEEE World!" to welcome the E24 Batch for the IEEE world. The event was aimed at introducing new students to the mission, activities, and opportunities offered by the IEEE community, particularly in the fields of Robotics, Automation, and Power & Energy. Through an interactive session, attendees gained insights into how IEEE membership can boost their academic and professional growth. Society-specific benefits and ongoing projects were highlighted to encourage participation and inspire innovation among the newcomers.
