Description
During the first Executive Committee (ExCom) meeting, warm wishes were extended to the newly appointed members by the Chairperson. The meeting then progressed into discussions, beginning with an overview of the key events organized by the Student Branch, the WIE Affinity Group, and the respective Chapters. It was decided to call for volunteers to appoint chairs for the planned projects, and the importance of forming a dedicated sponsorship team for the Student Branch was emphasized, with a decision made to invite volunteers for this purpose. Chapter-related financial concerns were presented and addressed. Subsequently, tasks and responsibilities were assigned to each member by the Chairperson, with assignments tailored to ensure the efficient execution of upcoming activities. The meeting was concluded with a shared sense of optimism regarding the success of the term ahead.
