Members shared suggestions on the design, colors, and printing methods. It was agreed that the final design should be completed soon so the printing process can begin. Member Point System: An update was given on the development of the member point system to track and reward contributions. The team discussed including aspects such as attendance, task completion, and participation in events. The goal is to encourage active involvement and recognize committed members. Standing Committee Meetings: It was proposed that each standing committee should meet at least once every two weeks. This will help maintain consistent communication and ensure committees remain active. Committee heads were asked to plan and manage these meetings regularly. IEEE Promotional Series: The team discussed the IEEE promotional series and the importance of involvement from the Public Visibility and Logistics Committees. The idea of creating well-scripted promotional videos was introduced. Members were encouraged to start preparing content that highlights the benefits and activities of IEEE. Decisions Made: Finalize the new IEEE t-shirt design and begin printing. Continue developing and improving the member point system. Schedule and conduct biweekly standing committee meetings.
