On March 27, 2025, the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Chapter of SLIIT successfully kicked off the INDUSTRY XPLORE series with an exclusive field visit to Zone24x7, a leading technology solutions company renowned for its innovation in embedded systems and automation. A group of 40 enthusiastic students had the unique opportunity to gain firsthand industry exposure and learn from experts driving real-world technological advancements. The visit provided deep insights into Zone24x7's Embedded Systems Department , where students explored state-of-the-art innovations and their applications in the fields of robotics and automation. The session was led by a distinguished panel of industry professionals including Mr. Venkateshan Murugesu, Mr. Sandaruwan Medamulla, Mr. Ashen Fernando, Ms. Ruchini Panapitiya, Mr. Sanjula Gathsara, Ms. Kisali Thumara, Mr. Sahan Dissanayaka, Mr. Yasith Silva, and Ms. Piumi Perera.
