The Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Awards Ceremony of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Student Branch Chapter 2024 marked the conclusion of the 2023/24 term and the beginning of a new leadership cycle for the 2024/25 term. Bringing together student members, outgoing and incoming executive committee members, and special guests, the event reflected on the chapter’s achievements and outlined future plans. Key proceedings included the approval of the previous year’s minutes, a summary of past events, and the financial report presented by the outgoing Treasurer. The newly appointed Executive Committee was then introduced, followed by addresses from the Chapter Advisor and the incoming Chairman. Following the AGM, the Annual Awards Ceremony was held to celebrate member involvement and dedication. Overall, the event served as a meaningful leadership transition while reaffirming the chapter’s commitment to professionalism, innovation, and continued growth within the IEEE community.
