The IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) Student Branch Chapter of the University of Jaffna is conducting an Introductory Workshop on PSCAD (Power Systems Computer-Aided Design). PSCAD is a widely used software for simulating power systems and analyzing dynamic behavior in electrical networks. This session is designed for students interested in power system simulation, renewable integration and energy system modeling. The workshop will cover fundamental concepts, a walkthrough of the PSCAD interface and simple simulation examples to help participants get hands-on experience with the tool. Whether you're a beginner or looking to strengthen your foundation in simulation this session offers the perfect starting point.
